Minimum 25% advance at time of booking.
Full payment is to be made on event day itself no credit period is allowed.
Person making the booking is fully responsible and liable to pay for any damage to Hotel's property whatsoever.
Guests are solely responsible for their own valuables and belongings, hotel shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever.
Minimum 24 hours prior notice is required to make any charges in booking and catering services. Guest failing to do so Shall not be entitled for any refunds.
No rebate if less than minimum guarantee packs attend the Function.
Availability of food is not ensured for beyond maximum number of expected guests.
DJ & Music will be shut down as per local administration's guidelines or 10:00 pm, whichever is later.
